Terms of Service
By using fetchOnce you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
fetchOnce provides one-time secret sharing with end-to-end encryption. Secrets are encrypted in your browser, stored on our servers in encrypted form, and deleted after a single view or upon expiration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that secrets will remain accessible until viewed.
Acceptable use
You may use fetchOnce for any lawful purpose. You may not use this service to distribute malware, facilitate illegal activity, or transmit content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if we become aware of misuse, though our zero-knowledge architecture means we generally cannot inspect stored content.
No warranty
fetchOnce is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that secrets will be delivered, that the service will be available at any particular time, or that encrypted data will not be lost due to hardware failure or other events. Do not use fetchOnce as your sole means of transmitting critical information without a fallback plan.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fetchOnce and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access resulting from sharing your link, or service unavailability.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with the date of revision.
